Beth Waller reports the 2016 March market statistics for Warren County, VA and the surrounding areas.

Warren County:
Days on Market: 110 vs. 159 in 2015 ( down 31%)
Sold Dollar Volume: over $9 million sold which is 18% more than 2015
Units Sold: 43 vs. 36 sold in 2015

Frederick County:
Days on Market: 100 vs. 97 in 2015, practically the same
Sold Dollar Volume: 29.75% more than 2015—sold nearly 26 million
Units Sold: 101 vs. 90 sold in 2015

Fauquier County: sales were up 29% in homes sold and though the average sold price dropped by 7%, sold dollar volume was up nearly 22% to almost 30 million sold.

Loudon County and Prince William County sales are relatively the same across the board on all measures with less than a 5% change.

Shenandoah and Page Counties had some disappointing numbers with a 22% decrease in Sold Dollar Volume in Shenandoah and a 45% decrease in Page County. Days on the market stayed similar in Page but were down in Shenandoah by nearly half, averaging 97 days in March 2016.
